
Where It All Started
My passion for health and movement began early. I didn’t love school sports, but I did love to dance. I started dancing at five and was instantly drawn to the creativity it allowed - the freedom to express myself through movement. That creative energy is something I still carry today - it shows up in everything from my bodybuilding posing to the way I coach.

After school, I wasn’t quite sure what path I wanted to take. I first pursued music and performance, but it never felt like the right fit. Eventually, I followed my heart and moved from Canberra to Melbourne to study dance full-time. Those two years taught me resilience, confidence, and how to stay grounded despite others' opinions.
During that time, I realised what truly drives me - helping people build confidence, strength, and self-belief through movement and mindset. That passion naturally led me into the fitness industry.

When I returned to Canberra, I earned my fitness qualifications and instantly knew I’d found my purpose. I started teaching Les Mills classes, working as a personal trainer, and later expanded into nutrition, yoga, and pilates to better support my clients’ overall well-being.

In 2023, I transitioned to online coaching to reach and empower women worldwide.
