Vyra Health Coaching

1. Investment & Pricing

The most current pricing for all Vyra Health Coaching online services is displayed on our website. Pricing may be updated at any time. Any pricing changes apply to new clients or at the conclusion of your current minimum commitment period.

2. Minimum Commitment

Coaching programs are individually designed; therefore, minimum commitment periods apply:

  • Standard Online Coaching: 12-week minimum commitment

  • Competition Preparation Coaching: 20-week minimum commitment

If you cancel within the minimum commitment period, the full remaining balance is payable.

3. Payment

  • Payments are processed via Newie using weekly, monthly, or paid-in-full options.

  • You agree to maintain adequate funds in your nominated account.

  • Repeated failed payments may result in additional fees or suspension/termination of services.

4. Cancellation Policy

  • Cancelling during the minimum commitment requires payment of the full remaining balance.

  • After your minimum commitment ends, 14 days’ written notice is required to cancel your service.

  • Notice must be emailed to: info@vyrahealthcoaching.com.au

  • Vyra Health Coaching may waive cancellation fees in exceptional circumstances at its discretion.

5. Check-In Cancellation

Vyra Health Coaching provides weekly or fortnightly check-ins via Loom, depending on your coaching package.

You may request a Zoom call through Calendly, subject to the availability shown in the calendar.

If you need to cancel a scheduled Zoom call:

6. Pause Period

You may request up to 14 days of pause time per calendar year.
A minimum of 14 days’ notice is required for a pause request.
Approval is at Vyra Health Coaching’s discretion.

7. Pre-Health Requirements

  • You must complete a pre-exercise screening and disclose any medical conditions or injuries.

  • You acknowledge the inherent risks of exercise, including cardiovascular and musculoskeletal injury.

  • You agree to follow all instructions regarding technique and safety.

  • Vyra Health Coaching is not liable for injuries that occur during or outside your training.

  • A medical clearance may be required if your health status changes.

  • You must notify Vyra Health Coaching immediately of any new injuries or medical conditions.

8. Nutrition

Vyra Health Coaching provides general nutrition guidance tailored to your goals.
You acknowledge that:

  • Nutrition advice is general, not clinical or medical.

  • You are responsible for disclosing allergies, intolerances, and dietary restrictions.

  • You are solely responsible for avoiding foods that may cause adverse reactions.

  • For specialised nutritional requirements, you should consult a registered dietitian or medical professional.

9. Wellbeing & Mindset Coaching

Vyra Health Coaching is not a psychologist or mental health practitioner.
Mindset coaching is general, educational, and supportive.

You agree to communicate honestly about your stress levels and mental health, as these may affect your training and nutrition.
You are encouraged to seek professional mental-health support when needed.

10. Liability Waiver

By participating in Vyra Health Coaching services, you acknowledge:

  • Exercise carries inherent risks that may cause injury, illness, or—in rare cases—death.

  • You voluntarily assume all risks associated with physical activity.

  • Vyra Health Coaching and its representatives are not liable for any injury, loss, or damages incurred.

  • Results are not guaranteed; outcomes depend on your adherence and consistency.

11. Communication

  • All communication must occur through the Vyra Health Coaching app. Messages sent via social media may be missed.

  • Vyra Health Coaching will respond within 24–48 hours on weekdays.

  • Messages sent on weekends may not receive a response until Monday, unless otherwise communicated.

Harassment, discrimination, abusive language, or derogatory comments toward your coach or other clients will result in immediate termination of services without refund.

12. Client Expectations

  • You are responsible for completing your program and prioritising safety during training.

  • You agree to follow check-in procedures and provide notice of cancellations as required.

  • Vyra Health Coaching reserves the right to discontinue services if you consistently disregard program instructions, act unsafely, or breach this agreement.

13. Photo & Video Release

By participating in Vyra Health Coaching, you grant permission for any photos or videos you provide, or that are taken with your consent, to be used for marketing purposes, including:

  • Social media platforms

  • The Vyra Health Coaching website

  • Promotional materials

You may withdraw this permission at any time by emailing info@vyrahealthcoaching.com.au.
No compensation is provided for the use of images or videos.

14. Guarantee

Vyra Health Coaching does not guarantee specific results.
Progress depends on your commitment, adherence, and effort.
You agree to follow the provided training and nutrition guidance to maximise your outcomes.

15. Intellectual Property

All materials—including training programs, nutrition resources, digital content, branding, and methods—are the intellectual property of Vyra Health Coaching.
You may not copy, distribute, publish, or reproduce any materials without written consent.

​

16. Defamation

You acknowledge that your progress is your responsibility and depends on your adherence.
You agree not to defame, publicly criticise, or make false statements about Vyra Health Coaching or its services.
